Vegas

It has been such a busy past few weeks. Steve and I got to sneak away for an amazing trip to Vegas about 2 weeks ago. We planned it out so that we could meet up with my cousin and her husband (who flew in from Chicago). It was their very first time visiting Vegas. So, Steve and I showed them around a bit. Steve and I drove. Makes for a long day. But, we feel it's worth it to avoid the crazy airports!

It was HOT in Vegas. Most days it was around 110 and did not cool off much at night. It was still nearly 90 degrees at night. We tried to spend the majority of our time indoors because of the heat! When we originally planned this trip, it was supposed to be in November when the weather is a bit milder. But, it just didn't work out as planned. We visited the "Bodies" exhibit, went to the "Blue Man Show", saw a movie and went out to eat at some amazing restaurants! Had a blast! And it was so much fun seeing my cousin! We have so much in common and share similar interests.
