Thanksgiving 2013

We went back and forth about Thanksgiving this year. We don't normally travel over the pass for the holidays but this year we were asked to come there as its harder for my brother in law to drive as he's dealing with just one eye right now and adjusting to that. In the end, mostly due to the fact that I wasn't feeling too well, we decided to stay at home. This is the first year I can remember where it was just our own family. No grandparents, aunts, uncles or cousins! But it was a fun and relaxing day! Steve barbecued the turkey this year. It was good but maybe we will do a little better next year with figuring out how long to cook it that way. :) Now on to Christmas!!!!
